About the Role

KAM is seeking a qualified Architectural Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position dedicated to supporting the Design Department in various stages of project development.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Architectural Engineer will contribute to the development of architectural designs, BIM models, and technical documentation. A key aspect of this role involves facilitating multidisciplinary coordination throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring design integrity and compliance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update architectural models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare architectural drawings and comprehensive construction documentation.
• Coordinate architectural designs effectively with Structural and MEP disciplines.
• Participate actively in design coordination meetings and contribute to resolving technical issues.
• Review consultant drawings to ensure full compliance with project requirements.
• Support BIM coordination activities and maintain high model quality.
• Prepare architectural presentations and visualizations, utilizing AI rendering tools as needed.
• Assist in the selection of materials and the overall design development process.
• Ensure strict compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and internal company standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• Previous experience gained within an engineering consultancy environment is preferred.
