BRAU. is expanding its team in Riyadh and is seeking dedicated Artists to join its luxury beauty studio. The company focuses on delivering high-quality services and maintaining elevated client experiences through innovation and respect for the art of beauty.

The Artist Role

As an Artist at BRAU., you will be a key member of the team, specializing in services such as semi-permanent makeup, brow grooming, lash treatments, and expert facial treatments. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and involves delivering precise treatments while ensuring client satisfaction and upholding service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform specialized treatments within your area of expertise, maintaining a high level of skill and precision.
• Provide professional advice and consultations to clients, ensuring clear understanding of procedures.
• Address client needs with efficiency and empathy to foster positive relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Promote and upsell services, products, and packages, tailoring recommendations to individual client needs.
• Ensure the salon environment remains tidy, organized, and welcoming for clients.
• Identify and implement new beauty treatments to keep services current with market trends.
• Participate in marketing activities such as pop-ups, influencer events, model treatments, and photoshoots to support BRAU.’s brand presence.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
• High technical skill level and proficiency in recommending products to meet client needs.
