About the Role

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking an Assistant Manager Development Financial Analysis to join its finance team in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves delivering comprehensive financial analyses to support strategic business decisions and enhance operational efficiencies within the company.

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager Development Financial Analysis will conduct in-depth evaluations of financial performance, contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, and develop financial models that support investment strategies. This position plays a key role in driving the company's financial objectives and facilitating data-driven decision-making through analytical insights.

Key Responsibilities

Perform detailed financial analyses to evaluate project performance and inform investment decisions.
Develop and maintain financial models to project future revenue, costs, and profitability.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, providing insights and recommendations based on analysis.
Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide support in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in preparing for external audits by providing financial documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably in large-scale projects or the entertainment/real estate sector.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, capable of presenting financial information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
