Role Overview

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves assisting with the daily management of one of the hotel's dining outlets, focusing on operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Purpose of the Role

The Assistant Restaurant Manager contributes to delivering memorable guest experiences by supporting the efficient operation of the dining outlet. This position ensures that service standards are met and that the environment reflects the hospitality values of Hilton, spreading warmth and light to every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with managing daily outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to monitor service and product quality, address guest feedback, resolve issues, and support improvements to the dining experience.
• Supervise and support team members, provide coaching, assist with performance evaluations, and contribute to professional development initiatives under the Manager’s guidance.
• Help implement marketing strategies, up-selling techniques, and promotions to boost food and beverage sales.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members to uphold service standards and operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
