About the Associate Executive Role

The Team is seeking an Associate Executive to join its operations in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are motivated to gain practical experience across various departments, including Account Management, Strategy & Consulting, Content Production, and Client Services.

Program Overview

This one-year paid program offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of sport, entertainment, and brand marketing. Participants will collaborate with teams, support client work, contribute to campaigns, and gain insights into agency operations. The program aims to develop industry talent through professional mentorship and training across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and support client initiatives across relevant departments.
• Support teams in the planning and delivery of client campaigns and events.
• Attend team meetings, brainstorm sessions, and client-related calls as appropriate.
• Help manage project timelines, budgets, and logistics under team guidance.
• Collaborate with the team on cross-functional projects.
• Monitor sports, media, and cultural trends relevant to client sectors.

Acquired Skills and Knowledge

• Understanding of the sports business, including sponsorships and brand activations.
• Insight into business operations through project work.
• Experience in maintaining and building client relationships.
