About the Role

EssenceMediacom Limited is seeking an Associate, Media to join its team in Riyadh, KSA. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, supporting the development and execution of media plans and campaigns. The Associate will contribute to the efficient implementation of media strategies, aiming to meet campaign objectives and client needs, and ultimately support the success of client campaigns and agency growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and execution of media plans, including scheduling and placement of advertisements across various channels.
• Coordinate with media vendors to ensure timely delivery of media assets and placements.
• Monitor and manage media campaigns to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Support the negotiation of media rates and placements with vendors, working to secure favorable terms.
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and assist in sourcing new opportunities and securing media buys.
• Collect and analyze media performance data, providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
• Prepare regular reports on media activities, including budget tracking, performance metrics, and campaign results.
• Monitor ongoing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to improve performance and achieve campaign goals.
• Act as a point of reference for clients and internal teams regarding media planning and execution.
• Manage media schedules, trafficking of ads, and ensure all media materials are delivered accurately and on time.

Required Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in media planning or a related field.
