About the Role

Jobs for Humanity is collaborating with Innovative Development to recruit a Bookkeeper & Financial Reporting Coordinator. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience. Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure accurate and complete bookkeeping, facilitate timely month-end close processes, and prepare compliant financial statements. This involves general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial analysis, all contributing to improved cash flow visibility and a reduction in audit findings through robust internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general ledger accounting tasks.
Manage and execute month-end close procedures.
Conduct bank and account reconciliations.
Prepare comprehensive financial statements.
Ensure compliance with all relevant reporting standards.
Provide support for audits and maintain strong internal controls.
Contribute to cash-flow forecasting and enhance financial visibility.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate financial records.
Understanding of financial close processes and account reconciliations.

Work Environment
