Branch Manager

About the Role

Roasting House Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a results-driven professional with a minimum of three years of experience in a Branch Manager role. Previous experience within the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is highly preferred for this role.

Role Overview

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves direct interaction with customers to identify needs and manage sales processes from inquiry to after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth business performance.
• Drive sales growth and work towards achieving established sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Communicate with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Effectively handle customer inquiries, complaints, and account-related issues.
• Negotiate contracts and manage important customer requests professionally.
• Ensure successful sales transactions and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Prepare regular reports on account activities, status, and potential issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and overall business performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience as a Branch Manager.
• Experience range of 2-5 years is preferred.
• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Roasting House Saudi Arabia team. The role requires active engagement in daily branch operations and direct customer interaction.
