The Role of Bridal Consultant Sales Person

Esposa Group is seeking a Bridal Consultant Sales Person to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The primary responsibility of this role is to guide brides-to-be in selecting their perfect wedding attire and accessories, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.

Role Overview

The Bridal Consultant is central to understanding each client's vision and providing expert advice on bridal fashion. This position requires close coordination with the boutique team to efficiently fulfill client needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the bridal journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Proactively seek and act upon customer feedback to ensure a superior shopping experience. Adhere to ESPOSA's policies and procedures for approaching, welcoming, and interacting with clients. Offer detailed information about various brands displayed in the boutique, including conducting analyses and seeking technical training as necessary. Provide attentive and enthusiastic service to all clients, ensuring a value-added experience. Work closely with the Floor Coordinator to maximize client satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
• Sales and Inventory Management: Monitor consumer buying patterns and inform the Shop Supervisor of any notable changes. Identify customer needs and match them with available gowns in the boutique. Assist the Shop Supervisor in addressing and resolving client concerns. Collaborate with the Floor Coordinator to ensure the boutique's inventory meets client demands, avoiding issues with out-of-stock or undeliverable gowns. Utilize boutique software to process sales orders, receipts, invoices, daily journals, and generate reports.
• Dress Preparation and Delivery: Document client requests accurately and coordinate with tailors to ensure proper execution. Prepare gowns according to client specifications prior to delivery. Perform necessary alterations and preparations for both incoming and outgoing items. Work with the Shop Supervisor and tailors to address any client dissatisfaction or changing requirements.
• Inventory Maintenance: Ensure gowns are in excellent condition and attractively displayed at all times. Conduct quarterly inventory counts and collaborate with the Shop Supervisor to address any discrepancies.

• 0-1 years of experience.

Working Conditions

• The work schedule is Saturday through Thursday, from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
• Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods and assist clients with gown fittings, which may involve lifting and adjusting dresses.
