About the Role

TawanTech is seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst specializing in Retail Banking to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role focuses on supporting business transformation initiatives by gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting functional specifications, and collaborating with both business and technology teams to deliver innovative retail banking solutions.

Core Business Analysis Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Retail Banking stakeholders.
• Conduct interviews and workshops with business users to understand specific needs.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, and Process Flows.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
• Perform Gap Analysis between business requirements and current systems.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Solution Delivery and Domain Expertise

• Support solution design discussions and participate in Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist during production deployment and provide post-go-live support.
• Validate delivered solutions against defined business requirements.
• Support business initiatives related to Retail Banking products such as Current & Savings Accounts, Customer Onboarding, Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Debit & Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Consumer Finance, Payments & Transfers, and Customer Information Management (CIF).

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, QA teams, and Project Managers.
• Collaborate effectively with business users and technical teams.
• Clarify functional requirements for development teams.
• Support project meetings and requirement review sessions.
• Ensure business expectations are accurately reflected in delivered solutions.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in a business analysis role, specifically within the retail banking sector.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active collaboration within a dynamic team environment focused on delivering key banking solutions.
