The Opportunity

ExeQut is seeking an experienced Business Consultant – Target Operating Model & Business Processes for a 6-month contract project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves designing target operating models, optimizing business processes, and developing policies and procedures to enhance client operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic speaker with 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Target Operating Models (TOM) aligned with client strategies.
• Map, analyze, and reengineer business processes (As-Is / To-Be).
• Develop policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Design organizational structures, governance frameworks, and RACI matrices.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Present findings and recommendations to client leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in business consulting or a related field.
• Proficiency in Arabic is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex operations into efficient working processes.
