About Nextwo Co. and the Role

Nextwo Co. is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving strategic partnerships and identifying revenue opportunities within the AI-powered product ecosystem. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, and partnership management.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new partnership and business opportunities with startups, enterprises, and ecosystem partners.
Build and manage a healthy sales and partnership pipeline.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases.
Support commercial negotiations and partnership agreements.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to design innovative offerings, initiatives, and events.
Track partnership performance and provide actionable business insights.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Partnership Management.
Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, proposal creation, content development, or business analysis.
Strong experience in market research, opportunity analysis, and strategic planning.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of technology, startups, AI products, or developer communities.
Proven experience in product pricing and commercial pricing strategies is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills and Network

Experience with AI Builders, Vibe Coding, ERP, or Digital Product Development.
Strong network within the Saudi or GCC technology ecosystem, including startups, corporates, or innovation hubs.
