Nextwo Co. is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving strategic partnerships and identifying revenue opportunities within the AI-powered product ecosystem. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, and partnership management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new partnership and business opportunities with startups, enterprises, and ecosystem partners.
• Build and manage a healthy sales and partnership pipeline.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases.
• Support commercial negotiations and partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design innovative offerings, initiatives, and events.
• Track partnership performance and provide actionable business insights.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Partnership Management.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, proposal creation, content development, or business analysis.
• Strong experience in market research, opportunity analysis, and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of technology, startups, AI products, or developer communities.
• Proven experience in product pricing and commercial pricing strategies is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills and Network

• Experience with AI Builders, Vibe Coding, ERP, or Digital Product Development.
• Strong network within the Saudi or GCC technology ecosystem, including startups, corporates, or innovation hubs.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and operates within a hybrid work environment, requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
