About the Opportunity

Al-Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across its key sectors. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in expanding Al-Ayuni’s market presence within the infrastructure, construction, industrial, and service sectors. This role is critical for developing the company’s project pipeline and strengthening client engagement, directly supporting Al-Ayuni’s strategic objectives for growth and market leadership.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify and track new business and project opportunities across target sectors.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor benchmarking, and sector analysis to inform strategy.
• Lead the preparation of Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and prequalification submissions.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, including Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Operations, to ensure bid compliance and successful project acquisition.
• Manage and regularly update the business development pipeline and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, partners, consultants, and government entities.
• Represent Al-Ayuni at relevant industry events and exhibitions to enhance visibility and networking.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in business development, with a focus on the infrastructure, construction, industrial, or service sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities and manage complex client relationships.
• Proven track record in leading bid preparations, market analysis, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes within the specified industries.
