Role Overview

The Business Intelligence Senior Specialist is responsible for transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. This involves a comprehensive approach to data management, from initial gathering and cleaning to advanced interpretation, all aimed at solving critical business problems and fostering informed decision-making across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, clean, and interpret diverse datasets to identify trends and patterns relevant to business operations.
Solve business problems by leveraging data analysis and providing data-backed recommendations.
Transform raw data into actionable insights through the creation of effective data visualizations and comprehensive reports.
Support and enable data-driven decision-making processes throughout the organization.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a closely related field.

Technical Proficiencies

A primary focus on Power BI is essential for this position. Additionally, the role requires flexibility and proficiency in working with other reporting platforms, including but not limited to Metabase, Apache Superset, or similar business intelligence tools.
