Role Overview

SSCL is seeking a CAFM Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the strategic development and operational management of asset and facility management systems to ensure efficient client facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of asset management strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Oversee the configuration, operation, and maintenance of the CAFM system to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
• Manage asset inventory and tracking to optimize resource utilization and support operational readiness.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures for effective asset lifecycle management.
• Provide technical expertise, training, and guidance to staff on CAFM usage and asset management best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate asset management activities with facility operations.
• Monitor system performance, identifying opportunities to enhance functionality and efficiency.
• Analyze asset performance data and prepare reports to inform strategic and operational decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to address technical issues, system updates, and upgrades.
• Ensure alignment of individual and team efforts with the organization's strategic goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in asset management, CAFM systems, or facilities management.
• At least 3 years of this experience must be in a leadership role.
• Certification in asset management (*, IAM, ISO 55000) or CAFM system administration is preferred.
