The Opportunity: Area Sales Manager II (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking an Area Sales Manager II (Poultry) to direct, control, and effectively manage van sales operations within assigned territories. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and focuses on achieving budgeted volume and margin targets for poultry products through continuous monitoring and review of team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve budgeted volume and margin targets for poultry products to ensure the company’s profit objectives are met.
Manage and monitor the performance of sales supervisors to ensure all areas deliver targeted volume and margin.
Oversee van sales operations within the assigned territory.
Continuously review and evaluate team performance against established goals.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG or poultry sector.
Demonstrated ability to manage sales operations and achieve financial targets.
Experience in monitoring and evaluating team performance.
