The Divisional Product Development Manager Role

This full-time role, based in Riyadh, is for a Divisional Product Development Manager specializing in Premier Foods. The individual will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development of new products and enhancing existing product lines. This position requires ensuring that all projects are executed to high standards, delivering quality, innovation, and commercial success within Almarai's fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new product development initiatives from initial concept through to commercialization.
• Formulate innovative products, explore new ingredients and technologies, and ensure all products adhere to Almarai’s standards for quality, safety, and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Planning, Sales, and Marketing to efficiently and effectively bring new product concepts to market.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives and optimize processes.
• Proven capacity to make a strong impact within a food manufacturing environment.
