The Role: Fire & Safety Officer (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Fire & Safety Officer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining a secure operational environment within the poultry division. The officer will be responsible for overseeing the safety of all personnel, contractors, and visitors at specific Hail site locations and accommodation facilities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and prompt risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the safety of all divisional personnel, contractors, and visitors at designated Hail site locations and accommodation.
• Report any unsafe or defective equipment, practices, acts, or omissions directly to functional management.
• Ensure that immediate corrective action is taken to eliminate or minimize the risk of loss effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of previous experience in fire management is essential.
• At least 3 years of experience in a multi-cultural workforce organization, specifically handling fire detection and suppression equipment.
• Previous experience as a trained firefighter with either a civil Fire Brigade or a large multinational company fire team.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Good written and spoken English communication skills are essential for this role.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with electronic Fire Detection Systems and Sprinkler Systems.
