About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Network Team Leader (Corporate) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on ensuring the high availability, performance, and security of enterprise network services.

Core Purpose and Responsibilities

The primary objective of this role is to manage and maintain the enterprise network infrastructure, encompassing Data, Voice, and Cloud environments. This includes planning, implementing, and overseeing network services across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and multi-cloud setups. A key aspect of the role involves ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of network services, aligning with Information Security Management System (ISMS) and National Cybersecurity Agency (NCA) requirements. The Network Team Leader will also support business continuity and digital transformation initiatives through effective network management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise network services.
• Plan, implement, and manage Data, Voice, and Cloud network infrastructure.
• Oversee network operations across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and multi-cloud environments.
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of network services.
• Align network security practices with ISMS and NCA requirements.
• Support business continuity and digital transformation efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in network design, implementation, and support.
• Relevant certifications, including CCNA and MCSE.
• Demonstrated experience with LAN/WAN, WiFi, SD-WAN, SASE, Cloud networking, and security technologies.

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, with proficiency in both Arabic and English.
