The Opportunity: Personnel Manager

Almarai is seeking a Personnel Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing and achieving HR objectives in alignment with local regulations and Group Personnel Policies and Procedures. The Personnel Manager will also provide support to the personnel and administrative functions of the Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and achieve human resources objectives in accordance with relevant local regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Group Personnel Policies and Procedures.
• Provide support for personnel functions within the Division.
• Offer administrative support to the Division as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage HR objectives effectively.
• Familiarity with local regulations pertaining to human resources.
• Experience in providing administrative support.
