Case Management Supervisor

About the Role

National Medical Care is seeking a Case Management Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the end-to-end management of in-patient cases, ensuring the timely delivery of discharge summaries, and coordinating financial collections. The supervisor will report directly to the Manager of In-Patient Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality medical treatment, compassion, and understanding to all patients.
• Manage all in-patient cases from admission through to discharge.
• Coordinate with physicians regarding patient care progress and review diagnosis reports.
• Track approvals and inform physicians to ensure care is managed within approved timeframes.
• Assess patient progress against expected recovery during their stay.
• Collaborate with nursing services to ensure optimal patient care.
• Provide the Business Center Manager with analysis reports on Census, Status, and Acuity, including suggested solutions for potential issues.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times.
• Conduct orientation for new hires on departmental policies, procedures, treatment eligibility, and the Patient Care System.
• Adhere to all department policies and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing educational programs focused on department policies, fire safety, risk management, and environmental control.
• Perform clerical duties related to patient scheduling and reception.
• Undertake additional tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.

Reporting Structure

The Case Management Supervisor reports directly to the Manager In-Patient Services.

Team Leadership

This role involves supervising a team, including Coordinators and Assistants.
