About the Role

Gold Apple is seeking a Cashier and Categories Associate to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for ensuring excellent customer service and accurate processing of all sales transactions within a retail environment. The associate will be responsible for handling cash and maintaining precise inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Stay informed about current sales and promotions.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure all sales are accurately recorded in the system.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and verify record accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including restocking shelves and managing displays and price tags during non-peak times.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with cash register systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Experience Level

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience for this role.
