About the Role

RAWAJ is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its EPC Contracting (Oil & Gas) operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing strategic and operational leadership to drive sustainable growth for the organization. The CEO holds ultimate accountability for the company's profit and loss (P&L), corporate governance, successful delivery of mega-EPC projects, and expanding the organization's footprint within the Oil & Gas ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute long-term visions and business plans to secure profitable organizational expansion.
• Oversee company-wide operational performance, enforcing strict risk management and execution standards across complex EPC initiatives.
• Represent the organization before the Board of Directors and manage high-stakes relationships with top-tier clients, regulatory bodies, and major oil and gas developers, including Saudi Aramco.
• Direct overall corporate financial health, driving strategic capital allocation and resource optimization to maximize value.
• Lead cross-functional change initiatives and development programs to elevate organizational readiness, culture, and capabilities.

Required Experience and Expertise

• Executive Track Record: Proven tenure as a CEO, COO, or Executive Director within prominent Power/Energy EPC corporations.
• Sector Expertise: Solid, hands-on background in the Oil & Gas sector, specifically pipelines, plants, and large-scale infrastructure.
• Aramco Standards: Demonstrated success delivering major projects in strict compliance with Saudi Aramco specifications and governance.
• GCC Experience: Experience operating within the GCC region is required.

Leadership Capabilities

• Exceptional strategic vision and decisive executive judgment.
• Strong capability to navigate complex joint-venture landscapes.

Work Environment and Location
