About the Role

Transmare Gulf Saudi Arabia is seeking a Chemical Trader Specialty Chemicals to join its growing Pharma & Specialty Chemicals Business Unit. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves independently coordinating and managing commercial transactions within the specialty chemicals sector.

Role Scope and Focus

The Chemical Trader will oversee trading and logistics operations, maintaining daily communication with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient product distribution. A primary focus of this role is to develop and expand the Saudi Arabian market, which includes regular customer visits and business travel within the Kingdom. The position encourages a proactive, entrepreneurial, and commercially driven mindset, providing opportunities to work independently and contribute directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage commercial transactions in the Specialty Chemicals sector.
• Develop and manage business opportunities across the Saudi Arabian market.
• Manage existing customer relationships and develop new accounts to expand the company’s customer portfolio.
• Prepare and negotiate quotations for commercial deals.
• Coordinate orders and logistics operations.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
• Provide practical solutions to operational and market challenges.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Finance, and Senior Management, to achieve optimal business results.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
• Conduct customer visits and business travel within Saudi Arabia as required.

Qualifications and Experience
