Chief Business Officer Middle East Africa North (MEA N)

About the Role

SAP is seeking a Chief Business Officer for the Middle East Africa North (MEA N) cluster. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and involves leading a regional organization focused on driving continuous improvement and profitability. The Chief Business Officer will act as a proxy for the Regional General Manager and will be responsible for revenue delivery across all customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement with a focus on profitability within the MEA-N Cluster.
• Align shared services resources to achieve profit targets.
• Own revenue delivery across all customer segments, including software, cloud, and SSRS.
• Exceed Annual Operating Income and Customer Satisfaction targets.
• Build scalable go-to-market assets and tools for deal road mapping and business planning.
• Deploy an enablement acceleration model, particularly in fast-growth markets.
• Drive adoption of shared processes, including budgeting, expense management, and margin monitoring.
• Synthesize market signals, shape solution strategies, and translate insights into actionable plans to deliver customer value and business growth.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 15 years of experience in enterprise software and the cloud industry.
• A decade of experience in sales leadership roles within enterprise applications and cloud software.
• At least three to five years of leadership experience across diverse operational and functional organizations.
• Direct P&L management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing teams.
• Confidence as an executive sponsor on targeted sales opportunities.
• Solid skills in business strategy and knowledge management.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's or MBA is preferred.

The Chief Business Officer will be responsible for identifying and developing successors, building strong teams and coalitions, and maintaining high employee satisfaction. Travel requirements for this position are between 0-50%.
