Qaryah (القرية) is seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site position is critical for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.

The Role of Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for the comprehensive management of Qaryah's financial health. This includes strategic financial planning, effective cash flow management, and the development of robust budgeting processes to support long-term growth and stability. The role requires a leader who can provide data-driven insights and ensure financial integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
• Manage financial reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performing environment.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Evaluate financial risks and identify strategic opportunities for the organization.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must possess a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in corporate or organizational financial management.

• A strong foundation in Finance, with proven experience in corporate or organizational financial management.
• Proficiency in Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term capital planning.
• Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clear recommendations.
• Proven leadership experience in managing finance teams and developing high-performing staff.
• Experience with internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective engagement with senior stakeholders and boards.
• Familiarity with regional financial regulations and practices in Saudi Arabia or the broader GCC region is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Chief Financial Officer will work closely with the executive leadership team and manage the dedicated finance department.
