About the Opportunity

Alogayell Consulting Engineers is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Al Majma‘ah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is for a professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.

Role Overview

The Civil Engineer will apply strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, site activities, and relevant international standards. This position involves reviewing civil works, coordinating effectively with various project teams, and ensuring strict compliance with project specifications. The role demands robust communication and coordination capabilities to manage project requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Review and approve construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project execution.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and site staff.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and building codes.
• Attend site meetings and communicate project progress with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) with a valid membership is required.
• Consultant experience is preferred.
• Experience with HCIS projects will be considered an added advantage.

Required Skills and Attributes

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and coordination skills, which are essential for effective collaboration with various project stakeholders and team members. A solid understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies is also critical.
