About the Client Projects Manager Role

KABSNT is seeking a Client Projects Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to our operations, serving as the primary liaison between our clients and our internal manufacturing and design departments.

Role Overview and Purpose

The Client Projects Manager is responsible for leading brand launch projects from their initial concept through to successful delivery. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage project timelines and resources, ensuring that client satisfaction is maintained at every stage of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple project portfolios concurrently, ensuring all projects are delivered on time.
• Maintain daily communication with clients, providing regular and comprehensive progress reports.
• Coordinate project timelines effectively across manufacturing, design, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify potential project risks proactively and develop appropriate contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Prepare contracts and price quotes in close collaboration with the sales team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in project management. A proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion is essential for this position.
