Role Overview

Hilton is seeking a Commercial Director to lead commercial strategies for its hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for driving business growth and ensuring commercial success by overseeing key functions that contribute to guest experiences, market presence, and overall hotel performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Business Development functions to drive overall commercial performance.
Develop and execute commercial strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, and competitive positioning across all segments.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer insights, and demand patterns to identify opportunities for growth and business expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
Partner closely with Operations, Finance, and department leaders to align commercial initiatives with hotel objectives and guest experience goals.
Review commercial KPIs, forecasts, budgets, and business plans to ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.

Team Leadership and Brand Representation

The Commercial Director is responsible for coaching, mentoring, and supporting Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Reservations teams, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. This role also involves acting as a key ambassador for the hotel within the market, strengthening brand presence and identifying new business opportunities for the Hilton brand.

Required Experience

Candidates must possess over 10 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, preferably within the hospitality sector. This experience should demonstrate a proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing commercial functions effectively.
