Communications Manager (Agency)

About the Role

MCG Talent is seeking a Communications Manager (Agency) to lead strategic communications programs for a prominent organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time senior role requires a commercially-minded communications leader capable of building trusted stakeholder relationships, shaping integrated campaigns, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of integrated communications strategies.
• Serve as a senior adviser to key stakeholders on reputation, corporate communications, issues, and crisis management.
• Oversee account delivery, including budgets, resourcing, and commercial performance.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a talented account team.
• Drive consistently high standards of strategic thinking, creativity, and client service.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to new-business activity.

Qualifications and Experience

• Significant experience (5-10 years) in agency or in-house communications, including senior account leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, media landscape, and business environment.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream communications programs.
