The Role of Compliance Manager – Financial Services

As a Compliance Manager – Financial Services at Care Pay in Riyadh, you will lead and oversee the company's compliance function. This full-time role involves ensuring that all activities, policies, and procedures align with applicable regulatory requirements and internal governance standards. You will collaborate with management and business functions to identify compliance risks, strengthen internal controls, and maintain an effective compliance framework to support Care Pay’s growth within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
Monitor applicable regulatory requirements and assess their impact on business operations.
Identify, assess, and monitor compliance risks, ensuring appropriate controls are in place.
Conduct compliance reviews and follow up on identified gaps and corrective actions.
Provide compliance guidance and advisory support to management and various business functions.
Prepare and present periodic compliance reports to senior management and relevant committees.
Promote a strong culture of compliance and regulatory awareness throughout the organization.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 8 years of relevant experience in compliance within the financial services sector.
