The hotel features 276 rooms and suites, multiple dining venues, extensive event facilities, and a spa and wellness center.

Role Responsibilities

The Concierge Agent is responsible for responding to a wide range of guest requests. This involves accurately assessing guest needs and requests, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction while adhering to all Four Seasons policies. The area of responsibility is specifically the Concierge function.

Qualifications and Requirements

• This role is offered on a local hire basis in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.
• 1 year of front office or related work experience is preferred.
• Previous experience with Opera PMS is preferred.
• Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport is required.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and oral, is required.
• Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
• Ability to obtain a clean criminal record check.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays is expected, as the hotel operates 24/7.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• On-the-job training is provided.

Current Four Seasons employees, bilingual candidates, and those with prior experience in a luxury hotel/environment will receive priority consideration.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive net salary in a tax-free environment, along with a competitive housing allowance and transportation allowance.
