About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Concierge Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the daily operations of the concierge desk and ensuring a high standard of guest experience. The Concierge Supervisor plays a key role in delivering hospitality and providing memorable stays for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the concierge team, including training, scheduling, and providing guidance to ensure exceptional guest service.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide recommendations and arrange services for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions.
• Coordinate special services such as medical care, childcare, and floral deliveries, catering to personalized guest needs.
• Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for VIP guests.
• Promote hotel offerings by sharing marketing materials and encouraging the use of hotel services and programs.
• Manage concierge expenditures, including payroll, to ensure financial efficiency and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
