Chief Concierge at Hilton, Saudi Arabia

Hilton is seeking a Chief Concierge to join its Hotels team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality experiences by assisting guests with a range of services and special requests. The Chief Concierge plays a key role in ensuring memorable stays for all guests.

Role Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Provide information and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions.
Coordinate special services, including medical care, childcare, and floral delivery, to meet personalized guest needs.
Manage guest communications by receiving and delivering messages, mail, packages, and faxes.
Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high-priority VIP guests.
Promote hotel offerings by sharing marketing materials and encouraging the use of hotel services and programs.

Required Experience and Attributes

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
