The Role: Construction Manager, Fit-out

Vida Interiors KSA is seeking a Construction Manager, Fit-out to oversee the execution of interior fit-out projects. This full-time, on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is central to ensuring projects are delivered from planning through handover, adhering to design specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and track project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Lead project meetings, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
• Review drawings and method statements for accuracy and feasibility.
• Report project status and potential risks to senior management and clients.
• Collaborate closely with design and procurement teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the required quality standards.

Project Oversight and Operational Management
