The Role: Consultant, Access Management

Inspira Enterprise is seeking a Consultant, Access Management to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting secure, scalable identity and access management (IAM) solutions. The consultant will primarily work with the IBM Security Verify suite to ensure seamless authentication, governance, and compliance across client organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure IBM Security Verify solutions, including ISVA, ISVG, and Verify SaaS, to meet specified business and security requirements.
• Enable secure authentication, authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and adaptive access across various applications.
• Integrate enterprise applications and directories with IBM Verify to facilitate seamless identity lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and provide support for IAM environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Develop and maintain access policies, workflows, connectors, and provisioning rules.
• Ensure that all IAM implementations align with established security standards, compliance needs, and architectural guidelines.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, solution designs, and operational runbooks to support ongoing IAM operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), or Security Administration.
• Hands-on expertise with IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA), IBM Security Verify Governance (ISVG), or IBM Security Verify SaaS.
• Strong understanding of core IAM concepts, including SSO, MFA, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), provisioning, de-provisioning, and identity lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of authentication and federation standards such as OAuth , OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and various web security protocols.
• Experience with LDAP/Active Directory, directory integrations, and identity data models.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Shell, and Python for customization and automation tasks.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Exposure to IBM ISVA/ISAM implementations.
• Experience supporting enterprise authentication and access management solutions.
• Knowledge of application onboarding processes and SSO integrations.
• An IBM Security Verify Certification is preferred.
