About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Consultant Beauty Faces to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets through product knowledge and sales techniques, and maintaining brand standards. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business by representing the brand's values and philosophy in all interactions.
• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while adhering to all sales and operational policies.
• Maintain an accurate customer database to foster relationships and identify future selling opportunities.
• Promote the Group’s loyalty program (MUSE) to increase enrollment and new customer acquisition.
• Stay informed about the brand’s online offerings (website, app, social media) and promote them to customers.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and store management to ensure smooth operations and support growth.
• Participate in brand events as required, both in-store and externally.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and competitor activities.

Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional service and embody the brand’s customer journey across all touchpoints (physical and digital).
• Build rapport, share product knowledge, offer expert advice, and proactively address customer needs and preferences.
• Utilize storytelling to enhance customer experience through education and entertainment.
• Demonstrate product usage and benefits in accordance with retail policies.
• Employ clienteling techniques and tools, such as messaging and virtual shopping appointments, to build trust and loyalty with customers.

Operational Standards

• Ensure stock replenishment and organize displays according to brand visual merchandising guidelines.
• Prepare and process e-commerce order fulfillment from the store within specified service level agreements (SLAs) for time and quality.
• Report stock shortages using the designated stock order form.
• Utilize available technological tools, such as the Clienteling app and OMS, to enhance the customer experience both in-store and remotely.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
• Strong product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Commitment to maintaining high grooming standards.
• Understanding of operational standards including stock management and merchandising.
