The Role of Contact Center Agent

GlobeMed Saudi is seeking a dedicated Contact Center Agent to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is critical for managing incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires strict adherence to established customer service procedures and internal company regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond promptly to all incoming calls via the CISCO system.
  • Interact effectively with callers, primarily insured members, to address inquiries in accordance with company standards and strive for permanent satisfaction.
  • Accurately register all received inquiries within the CISCO system.
  • Implement and adhere to customer service procedures and instructions approved by the Contact Center Manager.
  • Commit to quality unit instructions to ensure work processes align with approved procedures.
  • Adhere to internal regulations established for Contact Center employees by the Contact Center Manager.
  • Execute customer requests and provide accurate information after verifying details through relevant systems.
  • Record all complaints and incidents received, ensuring correct entry into the CRM system and proper routing to the concerned department for resolution.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
