The Role of Continuous Improvement Manager Quality

Almarai is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager Quality to join its team in Al Kharj, Riyadh. This full-time position is central to ensuring quality assurance through the development, implementation, and maintenance of company quality objectives. The role involves identifying, initiating, and managing continual improvement projects to maximize operational business performance. The Continuous Improvement Manager Quality will also ensure that management is aware of the latest techniques and that sampling regimes align with business needs by adopting principles of continual improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain company quality objectives.
• Identify, initiate, and manage continual improvement projects to enhance business performance.
• Ensure management is informed of the latest industry techniques and advancements.
• Adopt principles of continual improvement to align sampling regimes with business requirements.
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of management experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Extensive knowledge of food safety and quality management systems, including FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP/GHP, and AIB standards.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Proven expertise in developing, monitoring, and evaluating Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
