- Lead subcontract commercial administration, including scope review, tender evaluation, subcontract award support, payment assessment, variations, claims, and close-out.

- Coordinate with planning, engineering, QS, procurement, finance, QA/QC, document control, and construction teams to develop substantiation for claims, variations, and payment applications.
- Oversee interim payment applications, payment certificates, cash-flow reporting, retention recovery, guarantees, insurance documentation, and final-account reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate contracts, claims, variations, correspondence, risks, guarantees, insurance, and subcontract registers.
- Lead contractual risk reviews and recommend mitigation actions to protect project time, cost, and commercial entitlement.
- Manage contractual disputes and coordinate with legal advisers where necessary, including dispute-avoidance, settlement, mediation, arbitration, or litigation support.
- Lead project contract close-out, including completion documentation, final account agreement, release of retention, warranties, defect-liability obligations, and subcontract finalization.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise Contracts Administrators and commercial team members.
