About the Role: Cook II

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a full-time Cook II to join its culinary team. Role Purpose and Contribution

The Cook II plays a vital role in the kitchen operations, ensuring the consistent preparation of high-quality menu items. This position involves working collaboratively with a dedicated team, adapting to new seasonal menus, and executing unique presentations to meet and exceed guest expectations for dining.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients in accordance with established recipes and menu specifications.
• Cook food and prepare menu items to superior quality standards, ensuring timely service.
• Taste food to verify correct preparation, seasoning, and temperature.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces and storage containers.

Qualifications and Experience

• This position requires 0-1 years of experience. At least one year of relevant work experience in a kitchen setting is considered an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent certificate from a General Educational Development (GED) program.
• No supervisory experience is required for this role.
