Junaid Perfumes is an established fragrance house operating across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, and Qatar since 1910. The company is seeking a Country Sales Manager to oversee its operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Country Sales Manager will assume full commercial ownership of 35 stores nationwide and lead expansion initiatives under the guidance of leadership. This is a full-time role requiring accountability for achieving budget targets for existing stores while ensuring the timely and adequately staffed execution of the expansion program across cities including Riyadh, Makkah, and Medina.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Saudi sales and margin P&L, broken down by store, region, and category.
• Lead a field team of over 100 sales staff across KSA, including structuring the team for growth.
• Oversee new store delivery from end-to-end, encompassing site assessment with leasing, licensing, fit-out, hiring, initial stock, and post-opening ramp-up.
• Manage trading during peak calendar periods, including Ramadan, both Eids, National Day, and the Hajj and Umrah seasons in Makkah and Madinah.
• Collaborate with HR to manage Saudisation position and Nitaqat band compliance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A career background in fragrance, beauty, or premium specialty retail.
• 8-12 years of experience in GCC retail, leading a multi-site country or regional operation.
• Direct responsibility for 30+ doors and a budget of comparable scale.
• A proven track record of opening new stores, in addition to managing existing ones.
• Demonstrated experience in the Saudi market, including understanding regional demand, mall operators, and landlord negotiations.
• Working command of Nitaqat, Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad regulations.
• A valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the country.
• Experience with oud and Arabian perfumery, pilgrimage-season trading, or travel retail is an advantage.
