General Manager

About the Role

Exquitech Group is seeking a General Manager for Saudi Arabia to lead and accelerate growth within the Kingdom. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is primarily focused on sales and business development leadership, combined with overall responsibility for Exquitech's Saudi operations. The General Manager will be accountable for the country's revenue growth, sales pipeline, strategic customer relationships, vendor partnerships, and overall commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Saudi Arabia's revenue, gross margin, and sales targets.
• Drive strategic and large enterprise opportunities from prospecting through negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline with clear forecasting and accountability.
• Expand Exquitech's footprint across enterprise, government, semi-government, and strategic private-sector organizations.
• Develop new accounts and increase revenue and services penetration within existing customers.
• Drive growth across Exquitech's portfolio, including Microsoft Cloud, Azure, Security, Data & AI, Dynamics 365, Managed Services, and professional services.
• Ensure disciplined CRM management, forecasting, opportunity qualification, and sales execution.
• Work closely with regional sales and technical teams to develop competitive propositions and close complex opportunities.

Microsoft and Strategic Partnerships

• Develop executive and field-level relationships with Microsoft Saudi Arabia and other strategic technology partners.
• Drive joint account planning, co-selling, pipeline development, and customer engagement with Microsoft.
• Ensure Exquitech is positioned within Microsoft's Saudi partner ecosystem and aligned with Microsoft's strategic priorities.
• Identify and maximize partner-led opportunities, programs, incentives, and joint go-to-market initiatives.

Country Leadership and Commercial Accountability

• Act as the senior representative of Exquitech in Saudi Arabia, taking ownership of the company's reputation, customer relationships, and market presence.
• Lead the Saudi commercial team with clear targets, KPIs, and accountability.
• Coordinate closely with Exquitech's regional leadership, Solutions, Consulting, Technical, PMO, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Ensure customer commitments are transitioned from sales to delivery and maintain executive oversight of strategic accounts.
• Support recruitment and development of the Saudi team as the business grows.
• Take responsibility for the commercial performance and profitability of the Saudi business.
• Build and execute the annual Saudi business and sales plan.
• Monitor revenue, margin, pipeline, forecast, collections, and operating performance.
• Maintain commercial discipline around pricing, discounts, contracts, and payment terms.
• Support timely customer collections and minimize commercial and credit exposure.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability as a strong hunter and deal maker.
• An established network in the Saudi market.
• Ability to personally engage C-level decision makers, develop large enterprise opportunities, and drive deals from identification through closure.
