The General Manager Role in Saudi Arabia

ElevenLabs is seeking a General Manager for Saudi Arabia. This full-time leadership position involves developing and executing the comprehensive strategy for the Saudi Arabian market. As a key member of the leadership team, the General Manager will be responsible for owning the regional strategy and its implementation, fostering a high-performing culture, and ensuring the Middle East business aligns with and contributes to the company's broader strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to achieve company goals in Saudi Arabia.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and analyze the competitive landscape.
• Devise strategies for generating high-quality leads and converting them into sales.
• Manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and strong conversion rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote ongoing business.
• Ensure effective brand positioning for ElevenLabs in the Saudi Arabia market to attract and retain clients.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team.
• Implement performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Passion for voice and audio AI, with a drive to enhance content accessibility and advance emerging technology.
• Over 10 years of experience in the technology sector, including at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or General Manager role.
• Extensive knowledge and experience operating within Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of owning and growing a regional P&L.
• Strong understanding of AI/SaaS technologies and their commercial applications.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, particularly in high-growth or startup environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset combined with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is considered a plus.
• Must be based out of Saudi Arabia.
