About the Role

Sirius is seeking a Creative Design Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves combining artistic design skills with client consultation to develop production-ready designs for custom neon signs, promotional signage, and commercial print materials. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Creative Design Consultant will serve as a key link between client visions and design execution. This involves understanding client requirements, offering expert design advice, and translating concepts into tangible designs optimized for manufacturing and printing processes. The role operates remotely, requiring strong independent work capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult directly with clients remotely to understand their vision, requirements, and brand identity.
• Provide expert design recommendations and tailored creative solutions.
• Conceptualize and produce custom designs for neon signages, outdoor/indoor advertising boards, and promotional print collateral.
• Prepare precise, production-ready artwork files optimized for manufacturing, cutting, and large-format printing.
• Manage revisions efficiently and collaborate with clients to deliver final outputs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing neon signs, advertising boards, and print media.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong client communication and consulting skills with the ability to interpret brief requirements clearly.
• Knowledge of materials, production measurements, and print/fabrication prepress setups.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills for independent remote operation.
