Riyadah Solutions is a Saudi technology company specializing in the car rental and mobility sector. The company supports rental businesses in managing their operations while providing a seamless rental experience for customers. Riyadah is currently building its Customer Experience team in Riyadh ahead of its launch.

The Role: Customer Experience Specialist

Riyadah Solutions is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 year of experience, including fresh graduates, who are motivated to contribute to a new team. The specialist will report directly to the Customer Experience Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional support via phone and digital channels in both Arabic and English.
Ensure timely, accurate, and effective resolution of customer requests and complaints.
Coordinate with internal teams and business partners to address customer needs.
Record, manage, and follow up on customer interactions and cases using the CRM system.
Escalate complex or urgent issues according to established procedures.
Maintain high standards of service quality, customer satisfaction, and data confidentiality.
Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to support continuous service improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

Saudi national.
Excellent spoken and written Arabic, with good English communication skills.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Professional, patient, and empathetic approach when handling customer inquiries and complaints.
Comfortable using digital applications and CRM systems.
Well-organized and capable of managing multiple customer cases.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Customer service experience is preferred, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in car rental, mobility, travel, or hospitality sectors is a plus.
