The Role: Customer Success Specialist

As a Customer Success Specialist at FlyAkeed, you will be instrumental in ensuring clients experience our travel solutions seamlessly. This full-time position in Riyadh involves building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, guiding them to maximize the value of our services, and promptly addressing any concerns. You will also contribute to product and service enhancements by gathering valuable client feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing support and addressing inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
• Cultivate strong client relationships by understanding their specific needs and objectives, and offering tailored solutions.
• Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates on new features, services, and best practices.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to evaluate satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to client retention.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer success.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to customer interactions, operational processes, and feedback records.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a closely related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, understand diverse needs, and deliver effective solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM software and various customer support tools.
