The Role: CVM / Segmentation Head

CodeNinja Inc. is seeking a CVM / Segmentation Head for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading customer lifecycle management for a retail banking client, with responsibility for strategy across customer acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and win-back. The position requires a focus on commercial strategy, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder leadership to drive customer value and revenue optimization across the entire customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Customer Value Management (CVM) strategy across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and win-back initiatives.
• Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer value, engagement, and revenue performance.
• Design and execute commercial levers such as pricing, offers, and incentives to optimize customer value.
• Lead campaign design, execution, and experimentation, including A/B testing and uplift modelling, to improve commercial outcomes.
• Drive customer segmentation strategy to enable targeted and personalized interventions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Data/Analytics, Product, and Finance teams to align on commercial priorities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships at senior and leadership levels, presenting strategy and results.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for executing CVM initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Experience: 8-10+ years in CVM, growth strategy, retail banking, or customer lifecycle management.
• Track Record: Strong background in pricing and revenue optimization.
• Commercial Strategy: Proven experience owning commercial levers and campaign strategy end-to-end.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in managing stakeholders, including engagement with senior leadership.
• Leadership: Experience in leadership and people management.
• Data-Driven Skills: Experience with segmentation frameworks and data-driven decision making.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Specific experience in retail banking, as opposed to general retail or telco CVM.
• Familiarity with experimentation platforms and uplift modelling tools.
• Exposure to CVM within a regional market context, such as MENA or KSA.
