Role Overview

Xebia is seeking a Segmentation Head to lead the Customer Value Management (CVM) strategy from its office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time leadership role focuses on driving customer growth and value optimization across the entire customer lifecycle, including acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and win-back initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of Customer Value Management (CVM) strategies.
Drive customer growth, value optimization, and revenue enhancement initiatives.
Oversee campaign effectiveness and segmentation strategies.
Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to align CVM objectives with overall business goals.

Required Qualifications

8-10+ years of experience in Customer Value Management (CVM), Growth Strategy, Retail Banking, or Customer Lifecycle Management.
Strong expertise in customer segmentation, pricing strategies, commercial levers, and revenue optimization.
Proven experience managing CVM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), customer engagement campaigns, and experimentation frameworks.

Skills and Preferred Experience

Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
Demonstrated team leadership abilities.
Prior experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services is preferred.
