The Role of CVM / Segmentation Head

Code Ninja is seeking a CVM / Segmentation Head to lead customer segmentation strategy and analytics for a key client. This full-time position involves owning the design of segmentation frameworks, translating customer insights into targeted propositions, and driving measurable improvements across critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage end-to-end customer segmentation frameworks aligned with business objectives.
Lead customer analytics initiatives, including behavioural profiling, value-based segmentation, and lifecycle analysis.
Translate segmentation insights into targeted, actionable customer propositions.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and pricing teams to enhance acquisition, engagement, retention, and pricing strategies.
Oversee advanced data analysis and BI/reporting to track segment performance and CVM effectiveness.
Present segmentation strategy and insights to senior stakeholders, influencing commercial decisions.
Continuously refine segmentation models based on performance data and market shifts.

Candidate Profile

This senior role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in customer segmentation, Customer Value Management (CVM), or a closely related analytical field. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in leading data-driven strategies and translating complex insights into actionable business outcomes.
